I have read the following terms

It is the responsibility of the subsequent owner to ensure all maintenance requirements of this warranty have been met by the original owner. The subsequent owner may be required to produce maintenance documents from the previous owner to authorize a claim on a transferred warranty. A transfer may occur only once. The warranty cannot be transferred to another vehicle. A copy of the Bill of Sale, the Ownership and a Transfer Fee of $75 plus applicable taxes is required by Guarantee VC, it must reach our office within 10 days of the sale or the transfer will be refused and transfer fee returned.
